Scotts Valley Transmission is the real deal, truly a rarity now days and simply exceptional. Brad and his team are great!!! A friend referred me and I will be returning. The young lady who answered the phone promptly scheduled me an appointment giving me multiple ways to drop my vehicle and options on dates. Upon arrival I was greeted, Brad took the time to educate me on what would be done, why it was needed and how to prevent problems in the future, all of this in a very honest way and in a fashion that I could actually understand. Truck was completed within the day just as quoted. Work performed was transmission fluid and filter exchange, oil change, and tire rotation. All of this was done for a very fair price and there were no surprises or gimmicks to try to get me to spend more. Straight up quality people doing quality work. Thank you SVTA !

Believe it or not, there really is still a friendly, neighborhood auto shop that will change your oil and give your car a once-over for a reasonable price. Even better, they did everything promptly and without the upselling of dubiously-required air filters we've all come to dread.
