Extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and affordable- what more can you ask for this day and age. Their quality of customer service- I thought was a thing of the past ... but Scotts Valley Transmission and Auto has renewed my faith that there are still reliable and honest shops out there. My first experience here. Brought my truck in for, what i thought, were multiple issues. Brad and one of his techs went through the vehicle thoroughly and found nothing that needed attention. Brad had the opportunity to sell me on several items that were not really needed or required and was upfront and honest. His honesty is hard to come by these days. His office assistant, Christy is very polite and professional. Overall this was a very good 1st impression, I'll be back.
