I have always had great service over the years. This visit I was expecting the worst scenario on my truck. But their honesty and thoroughness presented that only a transmission service was needed. Thank you, thank you!

I walked in after my regular car place shut down and another local car place acted like they didn't really care about my business. These folks are easy to deal with, fast, fair and a good value. For me, I can also walk there, which is gravy.

They got my transmission rebuilt and my work truck which is my livelihood up and running quickly and it is working great. Good communication, and they delivered it when they said they would. My only negative comment is this is the second transmission they have rebuilt for my, and both times they quoted a price range and both times it was above that price range, even if by a small margin. In this current case the main failure was the torque converter which would be replaced anyways during the rebuild and there wasn't any other significant damage and it still came out higher than their quoted range of price. Just seemed like there were no surprises whatsoever and it should have been on the lower range of their quote. But they get the job done when they say they will get it done, and I would definitely go to them again in the future.

Great experience. They guessed my issue before they looked at the truck. Very knowledgeable, price was half what I was quoted. Best part was they took me in the same day I called and was diagnosed same day also. Excellent service.

Brad did a diagnosis of a noise in the transmission on my Chevy truck. He recommended not pulling the transmission but rather servicing it and keeping an eye on it as he found no signs of damage on inspection. Many shops would have done a costly teardown instead. Thanks Brad!

The absolute best mechanic I’ve been to! Brad helped me so much today with my ignition coil after 4 other mechanics said it was a transmission issue and threw in the towel. Never going anywhere but to brad and SV transmission!!!!
