I highly recommend Scotts Valley Transmission. Their service is excellent, thorough, and honest. I recently took my Ford Explorer to them fearing that it needed transmission work. Brad was a great detective, and found that the problem was not the transmission. He fixed it, and now it runs like new. I’m very happy with the results.

Have been having issues with my dodge ram 2500 with the 5.9 cummins. i talked mostly with Brad, their diesel specialist, and he was super thorough with his explanations, and took time to make sure i understood what work he wanted to perform on my truck. (he even took the time to email me some information/video on the technical stuff) ive taken this truck to other shops and have been unhappy so i decided to try scotts valley trans for the first time. so far im happy and impressed! definitely coming back.

The service was excellent! I really cannot say a single bad thing about my experience here. This was the first time I had ever brought my own vehicle to this shop and they had my truck in and out in less than 36 hours with my problems resolved. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who’s in need.

These guys know what they are talking about, don’t take your vehicle anywhere else. I went in for a service because my transmission was acting up and it ends up my belts were messed up and it needs a rebuild and they called me and informed me of all my options and they had great customer service.

Prompt call back, great office staff, very knowledgeable mechanics, fast repairs at reasonable price. Best auto repair in the area!
