S. V. Transmission & Auto Care did what they said they would do and for the price they told me it would be. They accommodated my schedule when it came to dropping off and picking up the truck and even had a neighboring business smog it for me while there. If needed, I'll use Scotts Valley Transmission again and readily recommend them.

Mark went above and beyond to give me great service. He came in on Saturday to get my car back to me early. Highly recommended!

Very friendly customer service, and I didn't feel as though I was pushed to service my car in more ways than I asked. Also they gave me a discount when I inquired about possibly being able to knock down some fees for transmission work. I would come back here again for transmission work on my car. One final thing, the mechanic discovered some problems with my suspension that I was unaware of, and they even had a quote ready for me in case I wished to proceed with fixing it.

I brought my '71 Ford F-250 here about 20 years ago and had a good experience getting my transmission repaired. I'm now in a '69 F-250 and was having some transmission issues...losing fluid. Since I was treated well the first time, I came in again for help. I was treated warmly, professionally and promptly. Their diagnosis was clear, the estimate was accurate and the service was completed in a timely manner. While it has only been a few days since the repair (so I can't fully endorse the work yet) I am very pleased with my experience, and the truck runs (shifts) great. Thanks.

Super friendly staff! I received a phone call right when my vehicle was finished with the work and got a breakdown of future work needed with quotes to keep it running for a long time. Very knowledgeable techs who seem to love their job!
