The costumer service was excellent. My truck was done earlier then I was told and there were no extra expenses. I am very happy with the quality of service and would definitely recommend them.

Went to these guys a few years back for a transmission job and learned at that time they are a full service shop. So have been taking vehicles there ever since. More recently they helped us out with steering issues. Did a fantastic job. I totally trust them.

S. V. Transmission & Auto Care did what they said they would do and for the price they told me it would be. They accommodated my schedule when it came to dropping off and picking up the truck and even had a neighboring business smog it for me while there. If needed, I'll use Scotts Valley Transmission again and readily recommend them.

Mark went above and beyond to give me great service. He came in on Saturday to get my car back to me early. Highly recommended!

Very friendly customer service, and I didn't feel as though I was pushed to service my car in more ways than I asked. Also they gave me a discount when I inquired about possibly being able to knock down some fees for transmission work. I would come back here again for transmission work on my car. One final thing, the mechanic discovered some problems with my suspension that I was unaware of, and they even had a quote ready for me in case I wished to proceed with fixing it.
